Terms, Delivery and Refund Policy

Terms, Delivery and Refund Policy

Pre-purchase terms for MCPwatch digital products delivered through Gumroad.

Effective date: July 14, 2026

Operator and product licensor

MCPwatch.tech is operated by Marcin Brzózka. Product and privacy support: admin@coderisktools.store.

Gumroad transaction

Products are offered as digital downloads through Gumroad. For transactions completed through its service, Gumroad acts as the non-exclusive reseller described in its Terms of Service and handles checkout, payment, receipts and download access. Gumroad’s checkout terms and privacy policy also apply.

What is delivered

The product page, checkout description and included license identify the edition, files, operating-system boundary, permitted use and update entitlement. MCPwatch Exposure Ledger v0.1.0 is a Linux x86_64 package requiring glibc 2.39 or newer. Scanner + Report Pack v0.5.2 is a Linux x86_64 package requiring glibc 2.14 or newer. Windows is not supported for Exposure Ledger in this release and is deferred and untested for Scanner + Report Pack v0.5.2.

After successful payment, Gumroad provides access through the receipt and buyer library. If delivery access fails, use the link in the receipt or Gumroad’s customer-support flow and copy admin@coderisktools.store when product-side help is needed.

Price, billing and updates

Displayed checkout prices are one-time charges unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise. Exposure Ledger has no automatic renewal, recurring subscription or SaaS account dependency. It includes a 12-month downloadable offline feed-update entitlement beginning at the Gumroad purchase timestamp. Scanner + Report Pack v0.5.2 is a one-time purchase of that version with no recurring charge, automatic renewal or promise of future versions. The downloaded executable, update packs and scanner release remain usable under the applicable license after purchase.

Refund policy

Refunds are handled through the Gumroad policy shown at checkout. Submit any refund request through the Gumroad receipt or Gumroad customer-support flow with the purchase email and a concise reason. No separate seller refund guarantee is offered. Duplicate charges, inaccessible delivery and materially incorrect product descriptions should be reported promptly.

This policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights, statutory rights, chargeback, fraud and abuse controls remain governed by Gumroad, applicable payment-network rules and applicable law.

License and authorized use

Purchase grants the license included in the delivered edition; it does not transfer ownership of the software. For Exposure Ledger and Scanner + Report Pack, Professional is for internal use by one purchasing organization and does not grant client-engagement rights. Agency permits authorized client engagements and client-specific generated deliverables subject to its included license. Neither edition permits resale, redistribution, sublicensing, hosted multi-tenant access or sharing the software itself with clients.

Security and evidence limitations

Exposure Ledger and Scanner + Report Pack support evidence-bounded human review. They do not prove compromise, exploitation, remediation, continuous exposure, non-exposure, safety or compliance. No match or no finding is not a safety conclusion. Product output is bounded and not exhaustive, and does not replace professional judgment, incident response or legal advice.

Support

Best-effort, no-SLA support for Exposure Ledger during the 12-month entitlement covers documented installation and commands, reproducible product defects, feed-manifest clarification and supported update packs. Scanner + Report Pack support is best-effort and has no SLA. Support excludes managed scanning, custom integrations, private evidence review, exploit validation, incident response and remediation.

Scanner + Report Pack v0.5.2 boundary

Scanner + Report Pack v0.5.2 is a local Linux scanner and reporting product for authorized MCP surface review. It runs on GNU/Linux x86_64 with glibc 2.14 or newer; Windows is deferred and untested. It performs local observation, local checks and local report generation only. It does not scan remote hosts, exploit systems, collect credentials, invoke tools, retrieve prompts/resources, redirect traffic or guarantee security or exhaustive coverage.

Scanner + Report Pack v0.5.2 is sold as a one-time purchase of that version. There is no recurring charge, automatic renewal, promise of future versions or support SLA. A downloaded release remains usable under its included license.

Warranty and liability boundary

Products are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law, without a promise of exhaustive coverage, uninterrupted operation or fitness for every environment. The edition license contains the detailed warranty and liability terms. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Policy changes

The terms shown at checkout and included with the purchased release govern that purchase. Material public-policy changes receive a new effective date and do not silently remove an already purchased license entitlement.

Before purchase: verify Linux/glibc compatibility, review the public sample or product page, select the correct license, and retain the Gumroad receipt.
