For reproducible defects, include the product name, product version, edition, operating system, exact command, exit code and a redacted error description. For Scanner + Report Pack, include whether the issue concerns local observation, checks or report generation. Do not attach private inventories, local scan evidence or customer evidence unless a private handling route is explicitly agreed first.

Payment, receipt, download or refund

Start with the support link in your Gumroad receipt or Gumroad buyer library. Refunds are handled through the Gumroad policy shown at checkout; no separate seller refund guarantee is offered.

Never email payment-card details.

Editorial corrections

Send the public source URL, affected MCPwatch URL and a concise explanation. Corrections are evaluated independently of product revenue.

Security disclosure

Send a minimal reproducible description of a product vulnerability. Do not send credentials, exploit payloads against third parties, private victim data or unredacted client evidence.
