How MCPwatch.tech handles website, support and product-delivery data.

Data we may receive
- standard web-server security and access logs, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and browser information;
- information you voluntarily send in a support or correction request, including your email address and message;
- subscription or purchase information handled through Gumroad when you choose to subscribe or buy.
Do not send credentials, private inventories, private source code, victim data or confidential client evidence through this website or public support channels.
Local product boundary
MCPwatch Exposure Ledger is designed to operate on local files. The verified release has no runtime telemetry, account login, automatic updater or inventory upload. MCPwatch.tech does not receive the inventories, reports or Review Capsules you process locally unless you deliberately send material to support.
Scanner + Report Pack local-data boundary
Scanner + Report Pack runs locally and writes scan evidence and reports to operator-selected local paths. MCPwatch.tech does not receive local scan inputs, local process data, listener data, MCP metadata, findings or generated reports unless the operator separately chooses to send material for support.
Why data is used
- to deliver and secure the website and investigate abuse;
- to answer support, correction and privacy requests;
- to maintain records needed for legal, security and transaction administration;
- to send requested creator updates or deliver purchases through Gumroad.
Depending on context, processing relies on providing a requested service, legitimate interests in site security and support, consent for optional communications, or legal obligations.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting and WordPress infrastructure may process technical logs. Purchases, receipts, download access, subscriber records and payment data are handled through Gumroad under Gumroad’s Privacy Policy. Gumroad transaction terms apply to purchases completed through its service. MCPwatch does not receive full payment-card details.
Links to advisory publishers, repositories and other external sites take you to independent services with their own privacy practices.
Cookies
WordPress may set strictly functional cookies for administrative login or enabled site features. The July 14, 2026 public-page baseline did not identify a separate MCPwatch analytics or advertising tracker. This policy will be updated before any materially different tracking is intentionally enabled.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, applicable legal obligations, security, dispute handling and backup cycles. Access is limited to operational needs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email the address above. You may also complain to the data-protection authority applicable to you.
International processing and children
Service providers may process information in other countries subject to their legal safeguards. MCPwatch products and publications are intended for professional users and are not directed to children.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
